First, you are on the wrong list.
The build tool "ANT" is the topic here.

For JUnit questions I recommend the FAQ/Forum on http://www.jguru.com .

For short:
1) you have to look for changes in the environment (new/updated files,
environement settings...)
2) JUnit is for Java only. The base idea (by Kent/Gamma) is not language
centric. but OO-centric.
   So I doubt that there is something for javascript.
   But see http://junit.org for more.
