Hi,
can you try this:

        <condition property="contains.spaces">
            <contains string="Hello World" substring="
"/>
        </condition>
        <echo message="${contains.spaces}"/>

        <condition property="another.contains.spaces">
            <contains string="HelloWorld" substring="
"/>
        </condition>
        <echo message="${another.contains.spaces}"/>
