Hi,

I start Tomcat 5.0.19 from my build.xml with the <exec>-task:

   <target name="start.tomcat">

     <exec executable="${tomcat.home}/bin/startup.bat" os="Windows 2000">
       <env key="CATALINA_HOME" value="${tomcat.home}"/>
     </exec>

     <exec executable="${tomcat.home}/bin/startup.bat" os="Windows XP">
       <env key="CATALINA_HOME" value="${tomcat.home}"/>
     </exec>

     <exec executable="${tomcat.home}/bin/startup.sh" os="Linux">
       <env key="CATALINA_HOME" value="${tomcat.home}"/>
     </exec>


   </target>

This works fine, but it remains a little problem. The build process 
hangs, unless i stop Tomcat. But I have to do some work after tomcat is 
started. How can I continue the build process after starting Tomcat?
