First, I would try
<javac destdir="builddir" srcdir="${srcPath}">
  ...
</javac> 

if that doesn't work, this--

<pathconvert property="expanded.srcPath"
             targetos="unix">
  <path id="src.path">
    <pathelement path="${srcPath}" />
  </path>
</pathconvert>

<javac destdir="builddir" 
       srcdir="${expanded.srcPath}">
  ...
</javac> 

--should.
