However the following should also work:

    <presetdef name="java.fileset">
        <fileset>
	    <include name="**/*.java"/>
	    <include name="**/*.class"/>
	    <include name="**/*.jar"/>
	</fileset>
    </presetdef>

        <copy todir="to">
	    <fileset ant-type="java.fileset" dir="${java.dir}"/>
        </copy>

But does currently not due to a bug...
