Dominique,

Thanks. After I have done the changes as you pointed out. After I 
typed "ant", the following messages disaplayed, also, there is a 
window dialog box comes up with the following 
message: "C:\windows\system32\ntvdm.exe Error while setting up 
environment for the application. Choose 'close" to terminate the 
application."

Are the messages below bad?
