Subject JSP Precompilation in WebLogic
Date Wed, 28 Jan 2004 22:12:40 GMT
It seems like there is a know issue with Ant 15.3 and JSPs compilation
in Weblogic. It is reported on bea website
http://support.bea.com/application?namespace=askbea&origin=ask_bea_answe
r.jsp&event=link.view_answer_page_clfydoc&answerpage=solution&page=wls%2
FS-19563.htm
At the bottom, this articles says that
If you are using the Ant 1.5.3 to build and package the application,
there is a known issue. The Ant 1.5.3 changes the JSP page time stamp,
when it creates a WAR file. This will also cause the failure of the
precompilation. Please use the alternate version of the Ant i.e., Ant
1.5.1).

I was wondering if it is fixed in Ant 1.5.4 or not.
