Hello Camps,

Are you calling the "init" target from the command line (ie 
"D:\CAMPS\FORTRAN\UFSCar\Equations>ant init")? If not then it won't do 
anything, unless you specify that init is the default target (<project 
name="MyProject" basedir="." default="init">)
