Inside Ant's VM.

"Normal" Ant properties are not available to a forked <junit> task
either.

If you want to give Ant 1.6beta a try, you can use

<junit ...>
  <syspropertyset>
    <propertyref builtin="system"/>
  </syspropertyset>
</junit>

to automagically pass all system properties to the forked VM without
having to enumerate them in your build file.
