This is not an improvement but a new Task I wrote.
I needed something really simple both in term of syntax and feature,
without loosing comments.

Now if some of you think it worth it, i could eventually try to improve the PropertyFile task..

Is this an improvement on the optional PropertyFile task that ships w/Ant?
