You need to use ant 1.6Beta2 and use the <presetdef> task:

<presetdef name="">
   <cc name="bcc"/>

This will create a new task "" that calls
<cc> with the name attribute set to "bcc".

< link="executable" ..>
  <compiler refid="xx"/>
