Well, -projecthelp isn't a target, but an option. 
However, you could possibly modify your chosen startup
script (batch file, whatever) to add -projecthelp when
no targets are specified.  You might have to "teach"
the script how to differentiate between options and
targets in order to do this...

or you could patch the code.
