i should clarify something:
using jwsdp-1.3's ant release, i have no choice but to set the variables
java_home and ant_home by myself. then, i get the following message
from typing 'ant':

and that is why i have replaced c:/jwsdp-1.3/apache-ant with
a downloaded version of ant (1.54) from ant.apache.org.
