Another workaround, <copy> from your final destination to your other
classes before invoking <rmic>.  I.e.

<copy todir="build">
  <fileset dir="final-location" includes="**/*_Stub.class"/>
</copy>
<rmic/>
<move todir="final-location">
  <fileset dir="build" includes="**/*_Stub.class"/>
</move>
