Some time ago, I packaged the scp/sshexec tasks so they would run with 
Ant 1.5.x. This is a binary-only distribution, but contains everything 
needed to run both the scp and sshexec tasks. Beware, this is somewhat 
old (March 2003), but at one time were identical to the scp/sshexec 
tasks submitted for Ant 1.6.
