Subject RE: SCP Task - ant 1.6alpha
Date Fri, 12 Sep 2003 14:50:37 GMT
ok I assigned the trust = "yes" and specified the known_hosts file in my .ssh dir and now I
just get:

scptomyremotehost:
      [scp] Connecting to myremotehost:22

BUILD FAILED
build.xml:288: java.io.IOException: Pipe closed

No other information... (I have checked the file input and output paths)...

Is there any way of getting more debug out of the task (to see what is causing the IOException)?
Or can I do a secure copy using SSHEXEC?

Regards

No, it does SSH2 quite well for me.

Because it uses .ssh as its default (which is what OpenSSH uses, for
example). The tasks have a knownhosts attribute that you can use to
point it to your file, you can also set trust to true to get by
unknown hosts.
