Maybe if the job ad is contributed by someone working at the company *where
the job is offered* and this person is also a contributor to the list, it
would make sense.  I'd say if the email came from a person who included
their direct line number,  then it would be legit enough to be not spam.  I
also imagine this would keep the number to around 1 or 2 a day max.

As for jobs in other countries.... it never hurts to live somewhere else for
a while!

Nightmare scenario:  3rd party agencies advertising Ant jobs that don't
really exist in order to lure people to a url where they might register for
inclusion in that agency's roster.  (Someone else mentioned some thing
similar to this already).  That would be the main thing to avoid.  But
people who personally search for qualified people working in their own field
and therefore drop a line to the list which they work in would seem
'grassroots' enough to be ok.

Just wanted to put my 2 cents in, in favour of allowing people who are
working in this stuff to tip each other off to real openings at real
