CVS HEAD has an (experimental) <import> task, you can find its
preliminary documentation here
<http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/*checkout*/ant/docs/manual/CoreTasks/import.html?rev=HEAD&content-type=text/html>

<taskdef>s should be inherited anyway.

The "conventional" (i.e. pre Ant 1.6) way to include <target>s would
be the one listed in the FAQ
<http://ant.apache.org/faq.html#xml-entity-include>.
