Yes, I have used the -debug option in the ant build. But I want to in the
build.xml it can provide some judgement to the build result and response
differently.

Try and put the command "ant -debug -buildfile <filename.xml>"

I think -debug will even though a big junk but will in a way help lot as
it shows the lowest level of details...

When I run build.xml and javac the sourcefiles, if there is a compile
error in the compile, how can I get the fail information and send a mail
the related person?
