Subject RE: The Generic Ant Project?

No. There used to be a "Generic ant project" (nicknamed "GAP") which
consisted of a few jars (swingset.jar and swingset-optional.jar), a
build.ini file, and a build.xml file. By modifying only the build.ini file,
one could quickly get an Ant Build Environment created and running for a
java project.

The url "used" to be http://theswingset.org or http://theswingset.net or
something, but those sites are not longer active.

I first heard about it on this list, so I am pretty sure that the creator is
a member.

I found it pretty useful for getting incremental building of a new java
project started immediately.

Do you mean http://ant.apache.org ?

That is the ant project.
