Subject RE: Conditional Statement

Nope, we're stuck on 1.3.1_06, which is a bummer because I'd really like
to use asserts. On another project a few years ago I actually set up the
build scripts to run all the source to cpp with an include file for
doing asserts and debug output. Ahh, memories.

I had thought crimson was used for junitreport, but removing it actually
causes junit itself to fail:

javax.xml.parsers.FactoryConfigurationError: Provider
org.apache.crimson.jaxp.DocumentBuilderFactory

I have xercesImpl.jar in ant/lib along with xml-apis.jar and
xmlParserAPIs.jar (I inherited this build environment in May when I
joined, and those were already there, but Ant wasn't setup to run
junit). Am I missing a configuration somewhere that I can point it to
xerces instead of crimson?

Thanks for the help!

Then you don't use JDK 1.4.x I guess... Also, you should prefer Xerces
to Crimson. --DD
