You can read from Apaches cvs via anoncvs/anoncvs (see
http://ant.apache.org/cvs.html).
Usually you canĀ“t write into that.

For write access you can install a local cvs server
(http://www.cvshome.org/, http://www.cvsnt.org)
or create a project on sourceforge (http://www.sourceforge.net).
