Subject AW: Command line arguments

It is a named XML-Entity.

In XML you can┬┤t use several characters (e.g. < > " ).
These characters can used by their name, e.g.  lt gt quot.
But XML has to know that a named Entity should be resolved, so the names 
are inside & and ;
