Date Thu, 17 Jul 2003 17:26:28 GMT
Just wondering is anyone able to use ant to compile c/c++ in USS (z/OS)
I'm able to make ant to do the compilation; however, the executable it
generated is not able to run, it get a format errors. Here's the output
from ant -v:
     [exec] Current OS is z/OS
     [exec] Output redirected to /tmp/compileOut
     [exec] Setting environment variable: _CC_PVERSION=0x21020000
     [exec] Executing 'c++' with arguments:
     [exec] '-2'
     [exec] '-D_ALL_SOURCE'
     [exec] '-D__ZOS'
     [exec] '-W'
     [exec] '-W'
     [exec] 'l,map,dll,DYNAM=DLL,COMPAT=PM3'
     [exec] '-Wc,"target(LE,zOSV1R2)","target(zOSV1R2)"'
     [exec] '-I'
     [exec] '/usr/lpp/java/IBM/J1.3/include'
     [exec] '-I'
     [exec] '/usr/lpp/java/IBM/J1.3/include/mvs'
     [exec] '-o'
     [exec] ''
     [exec] 'abc.C'
     [exec] 'edf.C'
     [exec] 'ghi.o'
     [exec] '/usr/lpp/java/IBM/J1.3/bin/classic/libjvm.x'
[exec] The ' characters around the executable and arguments are
[exec] not part of the command.
