In this particular case you have to write a .java using the ANT API (ant in
your class path)And call that target
For help on how to write that java file , check out the manual : Section :
Writing your own taskdefs

Hello Manju,
You have to take the following steps:
1) Download Jakarta Ant.
2) Set the classpath to ant/bin.
3) Set the variable JAVA_HOME in the OS environment.
4) Create a Build.xml file that contains all the targets for building your
application.
5) Then on the cmd line specify ant <target name>

I hope this works for you.
