Hello Pritesh,
I have used the exec task to call executables in my application. What I 
do is something like follows :

<target name="call" >
  <exec dir="${BUILD.DIR}" executable="sh" os="Linux" failonerror="true">
    <arg line="Build.sh"/>
  </exec> 
</target>

Why dont you try this.
