Subject AW: Running ant under linux
Date Fri, 13 Jun 2003 15:10:44 GMT
Hi!

>C:\ant\bin on Linux,

:-) No of course not. I did the following:

export PATH=/usr/ant/bin:$PATH

rxport JAVA_HOME..., export ANT_HOME...

As I said before he finds the ant directory. If I do not export the ant
dir he just says: no such file or directory

If i do the exports he starts java but then cannot find the ant
classes..

Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Heiner Litz.

Just to be clear - you're not using the path C:\ant\bin on Linux, are
you?
That definitely would not work. Also, not sure where the jakarta
reference is
coming from. Can you give us more information?
