You can use XTest and the Jemmy & Jelly tool from Sun netbeans on, the recorder need to be improved but you can customize 
as you want as the script language is java.

If you want to hava something more packaged and easy to use, you will have 
to pay for rational robotj ....

A quick google on "java gui tester" turns up several.

I can not recommend any, I prefer to use JUnit to test the business logic 
and sometimes the GUI elements.
