Subject RE: [javamake]- Use with Ant
Date Thu, 15 May 2003 14:12:52 GMT
I've been using <javamake> now with a high degree of success for the past
year or so. I recently upgraded to the latest version and it's working like
a charm.

There are other alternatives for dependency checking and build avoidance
that have been implemented since <javamake> hit the scene, but I have not
tried them out.

I'd be interested in hearing other's experiences with the other dependency
analyzers.

Cheers!
Eddie

Subject: [javamake]- Use with Ant

Sorry if this is off topic but does anyone have experience with the javamake
tool [integrated with Ant]. I tried using the Ant depend task but it takes 3
hours to run and generates a 4 GB log...I need to try an alternate and
javamake looks like a good candidate.

Thanks,
-Will
