I made the correction you suggetsted, and now after adding the regular (necessary) entries
to the war file, at the end I get : adding zip entries, and then the classes I wanted to exclude
using the excludesfile appear after all. (Specific exclude name="" do not appear).

The names must be relative to the dur attribute of your <classes>
element, not relative to the location of your excludesfile.  Is this
the case?
