Just use the <property> task in the first target. Provided you aren't
calling the first target with the <antcall> or <ant> tasks, the
properties become global.

I'm just guessing on your second question, but is the file encoded in
multi-byte characters?

Hi,
I have 2 ant target, one depending on the other. The second target 
requires a property set by a task in the first target. How do I 
manage it?

Also the <loadfile> task loads the property, but the property so 
loaded contains spaces in between every character, unlike that in 
the file. How do I avoid it?
