I think you can use rev=HEAD instead of the explicit number, so it
will always be the most recent version.

Be aware though, that not all changes get tracked there (we're all
humans).  Ant 1.6 will have an <import> task ant it is in CVS since
several months, yet it isn't mentioned there, nor documented in the
manual.  You'll have to use the source.
