i'm running via java from the command line and
<parallel> seems to not work. 

i'm basically doing:

<parallel>
  <start server>
  <sequential>
    <junit>
    <stopserver>
  </sequential>
</parallel>

and it starts the server and waits. 

the funny thing about this problem is that it works
great from NetBeans but i want to get it to run via
java command line bc some co-workers do not use
NetBeans.
