No.  Apart from <exec> that is.

The reason is that you cannot check the access rights from Java.  This
in turn means that Ant cannot preserve them as it doesn't know them.

Both <tar> and <zip> provide ways to specify and store permissions for
files and directories, but you have to state them explicitly.
