If you have 
	<target name="fifth" depends="first,second,third,fourth"/>
you can use that. It will call your four targets (sequentially).

If you want to have the parallel execution you have to use Rajat´s way:
	<target name="fifth">
		<parallel>
			<antcall target="first"/>
			<antcall target="second"/>
			<antcall target="third"/>
			<antcall target="fourth"/>
		</parallel>
	</target>
