You can get an NFS server for Windows (from $40 I hear) to access the files
from commercial Unixes. On Solaris and SUnOS there is also an ftp-like tool
called smbclient. On Linux use smbmount.

Unix -> NT = ? is Samba for NT available? Can you mount NT-shares?
