Hmm... can't help you much there.  I am using Win2k SP3 and everything 
works fine.  Anyone else run into errors like Mike is getting?

Note that one difference in my taskdef is that I provide the classpath 
pointing to the vizant jar file.  You might try that.  Otherwise, I suppose 
you have vizant.jar in ANT_HOME/lib so it should be unnecessary, but you 
never know.
