You can use the "Javamake" Ant adapter task to do that. Don't know about 
other solutions, but that does it.


See changes since 1.3 release!

I'm using that program, too. It is said to do *much* better dependency 
checking than Ant. Oooops.... ;-)

The only thing I could find in the docs is using an explicit filelist in a  dependset, which
isn't really an option. Ideally, it would be aware of the dependency between the source and
inner classes as well.
