Using winzip to open up the zip file ant creates shows nothing in the
attributes column.  I'm not trying to be nit-picky, I just want to know if I
need to use an exec command to call pkzip in order to create the zip files
instead of using the built in zip task.

This feature - storing permissions as a UNIX octal number in zip entries
coming from a zipfileset - should work on all operating systems.
What probably only works on UNIX is the preservation of these permissions
when you expand the zip file.
