Aaron,
I am not sure whether you need to place jaxp.jar and parser.jar in
jre/lib/ext
you might just need to run ant. The correct version of jaxp for antidote is
supplied with antidote.
I have just loaded antidote in my development environment and compiled
everything with Java 1.4.1 without any problem.
In the src/lib directory of antidote there is a file called WARNING saying
basically that antidote requires jaxp1.1, which is supplied with the source
code.
So no problem.
