In ANT itself there is no looping. There is a <foreach> task in ant-contrib
http://sourceforge.net/projects/ant-contrib/
What can be interesting for you in ant itself are the following tasks :
    - ant ===> execute another build file
    - antcall ===> execute a target in the same build file, passing
parameters
    - subant (new in ant 1.6alpha) =====> execute n build files found in a
fileset or dirset such as
    <fileset dir="." includes="*/build.xml"/>
