Who still uses JDK1.1?  Not me.  Well, I suppose someone still does, but I 
wouldn't care if you required JDK1.3 as the minimum.  Heck, I wouldn't care 
if 1.4 was the minimum, but JDK1.3 is probably prudent.

+1 for Ant-1.6 to require JDK1.2
