Stefaan,
Yr remark would only make sens if the Classpath was build upon the same
filesystem. Otherwise, it's as important ot know how it was built.
Does an 'ls ./lib' (or 'dir .\lib' on Zindozs) in the current directory
returns :

	./lib/ant-contrib-0.1.jar
	./lib/ant.jar:
	./lib/asg.jar:
	./lib/collections.jar
	./lib/crimson.jar
	./lib/cruisecontrol.jar
	./lib/javax.servlet.jar
	./lib/jaxp.jar
	./lib/jdom.jar
	./lib/junit.jar
	./lib/log4j.jar
	./lib/optional.jar
	./lib/org.apache.jasper.jar
	./lib/org.mortbay.jetty-jdk1.2.jar
	./lib/org.mortbay.jmx.jar
	./lib/xalan.jar
	./lib/xercesImpl.jar
	./lib/xml-apis.jar
	./lib/xmlParserAPIs.jar

What's the trace when you run 'ant' in verbose / debug mode ?

Rgds,

Thomas,
