Yeah, I didn't consider the political aspects of it.  Either way, it's
an extremely useful task and I voted for it on the site.

Ant. Just compile that one source file, which depends on ant.jar only,
and
you're good to go. Getting a patch of <ant> to accept a <dirset> is
not

Yes, it does - but wouldn't be more staight-forward to extend the Ant
task?  I'll see what I can come up with and also play around with
SubAnt.
