AFAIK, if the jar is signed, all that happens is that entries are added to the manifest file
and a certificate is included in the jar. Perhaps something else has been done to your jar
file as well as being signed.

can you explain a little more?
My problem is that i have a lote .class files that seems to be
"scramble" de javadocs have about 12 files and when i decompile theses
files it creates a lote of files. Does ant divide the files with SHA-1
alghorthim???
