Subject Flattening files in <jar> task
Date Fri, 21 Feb 2003 21:55:15 GMT
is there a nice way to "flatten" all files in a fileset
composed of several directories when "jaring" it?

that is to do it without the extra step of using <copy>
with flatten="true" to create a temporary flat folder
and then jar'ing files from that folder
(which, since the temp folder gets recreated every time,
kills the uptodate check and the jar gets updated every time
even if the files did not change - that is really my problem)

I looked at <mapper> element, but <jar> task does not seem
to support it.

Thanks,
~Alexei
