Yes totally inappropriate. The only solution for the spamarrest user 
would be the ability to pre-program spamarrest to allow mails with 
certain reply-to addresses such as user@ant.apache.org

As far as spamarrest is concerned, they have a unique non-spam spam 
marketing mechanism.
