I didn't implement SSH, I used the jcraft.com jsch
implementation which uses the BSD license. 
Unfortuntately, JSch didn't implement the scp protocol
which is what I had to implement.  It actually could
be reused with any other SSH implementation fairly
easily since scp rides over SSH.
