Shouldn't that have been .. -pp (project_path) not -sp (workspace) [workspace would be something
like /@/userid/private_work_space_name)]

pcli lvf -z -aw -ppC:\work\WebConnect\SandBox\SecondProject\person spC:\work\WebConnect\SandBox\SecondProject\person
