Directory of

 * Description : All of the constants for the Encoder Pro Server
 * Programer   : Andrew Bowker 1/19/01
 * Package Name: eproweb

*---------------------------------------------------------------------------
-----------*/
public class Defines {

Why am I getting No publi class found to document when this my Defines class
is publicly declared AND is located in the package directory of the Javadoc
sourcepath???
